Incorrect Orders

Once reviewed, we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
Damaged Items

- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Lost or Stolen Packages
Mirelys Collections is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
