Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Mirelys Collections, all products are handmade in small batches with care. Please allow time for your order to be prepared and shipped.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mirelys Collections is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Mirelys Collections is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to help.
